Neil is a Senior Management Consultant with over 15 years’ experience within both the New Zealand and UK markets. He has worked extensively within the financial services and local government sectors as well as tertiary education, manufacturing and utilities. He has been employed by LSI since 2003.
Neil has the ability to manage and influence change at all levels of an organisation to deliver real business benefits. Neil has managed and consulted on multiple transformation initiatives meeting deadlines, budgets and delivering to brief. A key strength is his ability to analyse, understand and translate requirements to drive improvement activity. Neil is familiar with project management and business improvement methodologies with the ability to be flexible in applying the appropriate techniques relevant to the assignment. He provides a hands-on approach to project work that has brought about sustainable improvements and positive change in client organisations, driven by effective management, measurement and encouragement of strong involvement and buy in.
