LSI has specific field experience working with organisations that are laying and maintaining infrastructure networks. (Electricity / Water / Internet etc) We conduct operational assessments to evaluate a client’s processes and workflows in the field to allow us to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. LSI observe operations at the “coalface” so that we understand the day-to-day challenges out in the field. Once we have suggested changes to processes and workflows, we assist with implementation support to ensure that any changes are properly integrated into our clients’ operations. This may involve training staff, monitoring progress and making real-time adjustments. Throughout our time working with our clients, we ensure that effective change management processes are in place to help manage the transition period and ensure that any changes are sustainable.
